NOTE IMPORTANTI:
– Gli Stand Gastronomici accettano solo la fantavaluta “Prolochino” che potrà essere acquistata esclusivamente in confezioni da 10 pezzi al controvalore di 10€ presso le casse.
– Sarà possibile prenotare i “Prolochini” tramite il sito www.tremosinesulgardaeventi.it, sempre in pacchetti da 10 pezzi, e ritirarli alla cassa dedicata dalle ore 18.00 alle ore 20.00.
– Al termine della serata i “Prolochini” non potranno essere rimborsati e non avranno validità per le future edizioni dell’evento negli anni a venire.
– Data l’impossibilità di prevedere l’afflusso di partecipanti all’evento non è possibile indicare l’orario di chiusura dei singoli Stand Gastronomici che potrebbero esaurire le pietanze proposte prima del termine della serata.
– Sarà possibile l’asporto ma gli appositi contenitori non verranno forniti dall’organizzatore.
– I gadget per il Luminous Party saranno acquistabili con i “Prolochini” nello Stand dedicato.
– La fantavaluta Europoldo che veniva usata nell’evento “Vita nei Borghi” non è valida e non potrà essere converita con “Prolochini”

In caso di pioggia la manifestazione verrà rinviata al giorno successivo  con lo stesso programma.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– The Gastronomic Stands only accept the “Prolochino” fantasy currency which can only be purchased in packs of 10 pieces for the equivalent of €10 at the cash desks.
– It will be possible to book the “Prolochini” via the website www.tremosinesulgardaeventi.it, always in packs of 10, and collect them at the dedicated cash desk from 18.00 to 20.00.
– At the end of the evening, the “Prolochini” cannot be refunded and will not be valid for future editions of the event in the years to come.
– Given the impossibility of predicting the influx of participants in the event, it is not possible to indicate the closing time of the individual Gastronomic Stands which could run out of dishes before the end of the evening.
– Takeaway will be possible but the special containers will not be provided by the organizer.
– The gadgets for the Luminous Party will be purchasable with the “Prolochini” on the dedicated Stand.
– The Europoldo fantasy currency that was used in the “Vita nei Borghi” event is not valid and cannot be converted with “Prolochini”

In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following day with the same programme.

WICHTIGE NOTIZEN:
– Die Gastronomiestände akzeptieren ausschließlich die Fantasiewährung „Prolochino“, die nur in 10er-Packungen für umgerechnet 10 € an den Kassen erhältlich ist.
– Es wird möglich sein, die „Prolochini“ über die Website www.tremosinesulgardaeventi.it zu buchen, immer in 10er-Packs, und diese von 18.00 bis 20.00 Uhr an der dafür vorgesehenen Kasse abzuholen.
– Am Ende des Abends kann der „Prolochini“ nicht zurückerstattet werden und ist für künftige Ausgaben der Veranstaltung in den kommenden Jahren nicht mehr gültig.
– Da es nicht möglich ist, den Zustrom an Teilnehmern der Veranstaltung vorherzusagen, ist es nicht möglich, die Schließzeiten der einzelnen gastronomischen Stände anzugeben, da die Speisen vor dem Ende des Abends ausgehen könnten.
– Eine Mitnahme ist möglich, die Spezialbehälter werden jedoch nicht vom Veranstalter gestellt.
– Die Gadgets für die Luminous Party können bei „Prolochini“ am entsprechenden Stand erworben werden.
– Die Europoldo-Fantasiewährung, die im „Vita nei Borghi“-Event verwendet wurde, ist ungültig und kann nicht mit „Prolochini“ umgerechnet werden.

Bei Regen wird die Veranstaltung mit gleichem Programm auf den Folgetag verschoben.
